Basic Education Department
We are delighted to welcome both new and returning students to the Basic Education Department of Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus. Please follow the appropriate steps below for a smooth and guided enrollment process.
Enrollment Steps for NEW Students and Transferees
Enrollment Steps for New Students
Step 1: Apply for BED Entrance Exam / Psychological Test

Secure and accomplish the BED Enrollment Form and submit it to the Principal’s Office along with the following:

Photocopy of Form 138 or Report Card (at least 2nd quarter; with no academic deficiency and good deportment)

Entrance Exam / Psychological Testing Fee – Php 170.00
Step 2: Settle Entrance Fee
-
Pay the Entrance Exam Fee at the Accounting Office.
(Please note that the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable)
Step 3: Undergo Qualification Process
-
Present the Official Receipt to the BED Guidance Testing Center.
-
Wait for the Psychological Test Results and proceed to the Principal’s Office for the final interview.
Step 4: Settle the Pre-enrollment Fee
-
Pay a minimum of Php 1,000.00 at the Accounting Office.
(Please note that the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable)

This amount will be deducted from the total school fees and will serve as your access to a Student Number and Password for all online transactions.

Payment can be done onsite or via bank deposit.
Step 5: Ensure the Complete Submission of All Admission Requirements
Submit the following to the Principal’s Office:

Report Card / Form 138 (original with complete grades)

Certification of Good Moral Character (original copy)
-
Certificate of Completion (Grade 10 completer – photocopy)
-
PSA/NSO-issued Birth Certificate (2 clear photocopies)
-
Baptismal Certificate (1 photocopy)
-
2×2 Recent ID Pictures (2 pieces)

ESC Application Form (for incoming Grade 7 only)

ESC Certificate (original system-generated) for transferring “ESC grantees” (Grades 8 to 10)

SHS Transfer-Out Certificate (system-generated) for Grade 12 transferees who are “SHS Voucher Program recipients”
Step 6: Validation of Admission Requirements

Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for validation and approval of submitted documents.
Step 7: Complete Enrollment Process

Visit the Internet Laboratory or go to http://cscj.edu.ph/

Use your credentials to log in and update your Online Enrollment Form.

Download the CSCJ System-Generated Admission Form.
Step 8: New Student ID – Application & Processing
-
Proceed to the Audio-Visual Center (AVC) for ID application.
-
Submit your documents, undergo verification, and complete the ID creation process.

Pick up and activate your student ID.

Step 1: Apply for BED Enrollment

Secure and accomplish a BED Registration Form.

Submit the following to the Principal’s Office:

School ID
Step 2: Validation of Admission Requirements

Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for validation and approval.
Step 3: Settle the Pre-Enrollment Fee
-
Pay Php 1,000.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable) at the Accounting Office (this amount will be deducted from the total school fees) payment may be made onsite.

Secure your Student Number and Password, which are required for all online transactions.
Step 4: Complete Enrollment Process

Visit the Internet Laboratory or go to http://cscj.edu.ph/

Log in, update your Online Enrollment Form, and download the CSCJ System-Generated Admission Form.
Step 5: Student ID Validation
-
Present your validated Old Student ID and the System-Generated Admission Form to the School Administration.

If valid, a new validation sticker will be issued.
-
If lost or damaged, kindly report and request for an ID replacement.
Note: Please secure your affidavit of loss (notarized by a lawyer) to avoid delay.
Higher Education Department (College)
We welcome aspiring students who wish to pursue their college education at Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus. Below are the guidelines and steps to follow for enrollment in our Higher Education programs.
Enrollment Steps for New College Freshmen and Transferees
STEP 1: Apply for HED Entrance Exam / Psychological Test

Secure and accomplish the HED Enrollment Form.

Submit the form along with the following requirements to the HED Office for verification and preliminary interview:

Photocopy of Form 138 or Report Card (at least 2nd quarter, with satisfactory grades in deportment and no academic deficiencies)

Entrance Exam / Psychological Testing Fee – Php 170.00
STEP 2: Settle Entrance Fee

Pay the Entrance Exam Fee at the Accounting Office.
(Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.)
STEP 3: Undergo Qualification Process

Present the official receipt to the Guidance Center.

Wait for the results of the psychological test and proceed to the HED Office or the Area Chairperson for the final interview.
STEP 4: Process Enrollment Requirements
If qualified, submit the following documents to the Registrar’s Office:

All submitted documents will be validated and approved by the Registrar’s Office.
STEP 5: Settle the Pre-Enrollment Fee

Pay the minimum amount of Php 1,000.00 at the Accounting Office.
(This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be deducted from the total school fees.)

Upon payment, you will be issued your Student Number and Password for the school’s official online transactions.

Payment may be made onsite at the Cashier or through bank deposit.
STEP 6: Complete Enrollment Process

Log in using your credentials, update the Online Enrollment Form, and download your CSCJ System-Generated Admission Form.
STEP 7: New Student ID – Application & Processing
